Steel riveted handles feel secure and handle heavy loads. 18in oval roaster with domed lid is large enough for holiday turkeys. The lasagna pan is 12in x 16in and comes with a wire rack so you can also use it as a roaster. 12in stir-fry pan doubles as a deep fryer and sauté pan, and has a round wooden handle.
